Ugh.

Have I mentioned how much I HATE my caveman of an English teacher? Because I do, oh boy, I really do. I've had an English test today that included hearing comprehension. We get a bunch of questions, the teacher plays the tape twice and we answer the questions accordingly. Sounds simple enough, right?

Well, first broadcast - the volume was set too low. I was sitting on the other side of the room, and he came over next to me and started coughing. LOUDLY. Didn't hear a blasted thing. Ugh.

Second broadcast - again, too low. He finally remembered there was a volume key two minutes into the passage. IT'S ONLY THREE MINUTES LONG.

He did not agree to play the tape again. I had to GUESS half of the answers!


In other news, my six months pregnant sister is now at the hospital because her foot did like a blowfish. I blame the heels. She's really pleased though, she gets to sit around all day and watch TV, and people bring her chocolate. Fun.
